Matcha Workshop (Includes Cake)

In our cozy matcha workshop on Rolandstrasse in Zurich, you'll learn everything you need to know about authentic Japanese matcha—from its origins and quality to the perfect way to prepare it. We'll show you, step by step, how to froth matcha the traditional way using a bamboo whisk (chasen) and how to make both classic and modern variations, such as matcha latte or matcha mango, on your own.

To wrap things up, we’ll enjoy your creation together at MARU, along with a slice of delicious cake—which is, of course, included in the course fee.
