Wir freuen uns, dich jeden Samstag und Sonntag im MARU an der Rolandstrasse willkommen zu heissen für einen Brunch, der sich anfühlt wie ein kleiner Kurztrip nach Japan

Sa. + So zwischen 10:00-14:00
Exklusiv im MARU an der Rolandstrasse

MARU was born out of a deep longing.

We missed the comforting, everyday meals found across Japan — dishes prepared in family kitchens and neighborhood eateries for generations: flavorful Donburi bowls, crispy Karaage fried chicken, steaming Udon soups, and rich, hearty curries.

That’s why we decided to bring this experience to Zurich and cook the very same everyday dishes you’d find throughout Japan. We do this with plenty of care and attention to detail, staying true to authentic regional recipes and holding ourselves to the highest standards of quality.

We’re also passionate about Matcha, an essential part of Japanese culture. Whether served traditionally or with a creative twist, every cup is carefully prepared at our Matcha Bar using traditional utensils.

Everyone's welcome - whether you're dropping in for a quick, delicious lunch, a comforting dinner, or a matcha break. If you're craving a little taste of Japan, MARU is the right place for you.
