MARU is a Japanese comfort food takeaway in ShopVille at Zurich HB.
With MARU, we would like to bring the tasty culinary highlights of Japanese cuisine, some of which are still completely undiscovered in this country, to Switzerland and inspire our guests with them.

Japanese Roots
All our dishes are based on authentic Japanese recipes and served in handmade ceramic bowls. Our matcha is also traditionally prepared before your eyes. In this way, we aim to preserve Japanese traditions and celebrate Japanese food culture.

High quality ingredients
The high quality of our ingredients is very important to us. We therefore always cook with fresh ingredients and make our sauces from scratch - without additives. Our Ceremonial-Grade Matcha comes directly from Uji, Kyoto, the origin of Matcha and all our cold bowls are prepared fresh daily.
